University of Chichester
Average 1st Year Class Size:
We have two campuses, a city campus and a town campus. W are closely located to the coast and the south downs national park, so you could say we are both city and rural.
Chichester prides itself on small class sizes, and personalised teaching. It depends on which course we are referring to as it is quite varied but could be between 15-30 for a seminar or small for tutorials. Lectures are obviously bigger but we tend to have less big lectures compared to other universities.
The University of Chichester, just 90 minutes by train from London, has a long history education. Set across two beautiful campuses, Bishop Otter Campus located within close walking distance of the historic and vibrant city of Chichester boasts high quality facilities and teaching space. Bognor Regis Campus offers a mix of modern and historic facilities, including the brand-new state of the art Tech Park and just 915 steps from a stunning award-winning beach.
We are unlike any other university that you are likely to visit. Each student is known by name and highly supported by research active staff with a personalised approach in small teaching groups.
