Lectures can have up to around 250+ students in the largest ones. Most seminar groups (smaller class based learning) tend to have around 12-18 students in. Each student is allocated a personal tutor when they arrive.

Many of our programmes have opportunities to do a 4 year programme with a ‘Year in Industry’, many courses include work experience modules as part of the programme, and support an opportunities for getting placements and internships via our Career Zone team.


IB Grades

UFP Grades


Typical IB entry requirements range from 32-36 dependant on the course you are applying to, with around 6,5,5 – 6,6,6 in HL subjects. Some programmes will require you to meet specific grades for certain subjects.

We currently accept St Clare’s Oxford UFP for some of our colleges (Business School, Humanities, and Social Sciences). Typically we are looking for 80% overall (A), with no modules less than 70% (B), but make sure you look at our entry requirement pages for further information:

We have single subject and combined subjects for most of our programmes, but we do also off more interdisciplinary options such as Liberal Arts, Natural Sciences and Flexible Combined Honours.

International: Ranging from £18,200 – £22,950 dependant on the programme. BMBS tuition fee per year is £35,750
