Swansea University are hosting a taster lecture to experience what it would be like to study Business at university. This lecture is titled 'The Curse of Confidence: Why more confidence isn't the answer to gender equality' and the main theme around the lecture will explore why being told to 'be more confident' causes more harm than good.
