A leader in art and design education since its founding in 1896, our centres in New York City, and Paris offer more than 135 degree programs and is the number 1 school for design in the US and the number 2 worldwide (QS). Founded in 1921, Parsons Paris classes are kept small and the curricula is based on that of the New York campus but adapted to the culture and context of Paris. Instruction is in English. The campus is fully part of the New York institution and receives the same accreditation. Parsons and Parsons Paris are part of The New School university in New York City, which also includes Eugene Lang liberal arts college and the College of Performing Arts.
