Organized into 6 academic Faculties: Arts, Engineering, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Science, and Social Sciences and Law, the University offers over 300 undergraduate degree programmes. The University’s Internship Scheme works with companies to give students high-quality paid internships across sectors such as publishing, consultancy, and research. Many courses offer specialist guidance, from the Law School’s professional mentoring scheme to the Faculty of Engineering’s Industrial Liaison Office. Students can also broaden their horizons by studying or working abroad for a year, a semester, or a summer. More than 500 Bristol students go abroad every year. California, Sydney, Hong Kong, Barcelona are just some of the destinations available.

The University is located at the heart of Bristol in south-west England, only 90 minutes from London by train. The city is home to people from over 187 countries, speaking 91 languages.
