You will find also find our online booking system where you can book to visit us on a date and timeslot that suits you. Once you have booked your visit, a member of the Careers team will be in contact with you to confirm your visit.
Important Information
Visiting Hours
We have designated visiting hours for university and organisational visits. There are two different slots you can choose from, either during the students' lunch (12:15-14:15) or after school hours (16:30-17:30). Please note that if you would like to visit St Clare's during lunchtime but are only available for a 1hr slot, then we would recommend visiting between12:45-13:45. Our students have a split lunch so this timeslot will catch all students at some point. You will be able to see our availability below using our online booking system. The days and times for visits with students are as follows:
Monday 12:15-14:15 or 16:30-17:30
Tuesday 16:30-17:30
Wednesday 12:15-14:15 or 16:30-17:30
Thursday 12:15-14:15 or 16:30-17:30
Friday 12:15-14:15 or 16:30-17:30
We would kindly ask all visitors to arrive at our reception 10 minutes before your timeslot to allow time to sign in.
