If you're already considering an alternative to university, this programme will help you build the skills you need for a head start to the EY Business Apprenticeship.
Our paid Business Academy balances on-the-job experience with business skills sessions and work shadowing.
Working in supportive teams in either Assurance, Tax or Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy, you’ll gain insight into our business, take part in learning sessions and have lots of opportunities to network with our people to kick-start your EY career.
The Business Academy will run between Monday 25 July – Friday 29 July 2022.
Entry requirements
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You must however be in Year 12/5th year, completing three A levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) and have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
You must also live within a one hour commuting distance of the office location you're applying to, and have strong motivations for exploring alternatives to university.
