About the institution
Franklin & Marshall College is a small liberal arts college located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in the United States. We are a global community, representing over 40 states and over 50 countries, of about 2,000 students. F&M has one of the highest enrolments of international students among baccalaureate colleges in the U.S. As a liberal arts college, we emphasize exploration of multiple disciplines with over 60 areas of study to choose from. Our students are given the tools to not only personalize their education, but really take ownership of it. With a 10:1 student to faculty ratio and an average class size of 17 students, our students receive the individualized attention they are seeking while having all of the resources of a large research institution. We have a thriving campus community where help is no more than a few steps away, but just beyond our borders is the thriving town of Lancaster, PA, which was recently named the best small city in the United States!
