IB Grade Requirements
As the Dutch government equals the IB diploma to Dutch high school diploma, having graduated IB is enough to qualify for entry. Some programmes might require additional subjects, please see the link above.
UFP Grade Requirements
This depends per programme and has to be seen on a case to case basis.

Dutch Education Philosophy
Universities in the Netherlands are relatively easier to get in than UK universities, but they are more difficult to stay in. Next to graduating high school of course, students mostly have to prove themselves in their first year of university in order to continue on to their second year.
