About the institution

Established in 1918, Otis College of Art and Design is a private art and design school in Los Angeles, California with 1,350 students. Otis offers BFA degrees in Animation, Game and Entertainment Design, Fashion Design, Toy Design, Product Design, Illustration, Graphic Design, and Fine Arts, and MFA degrees in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. First-year students participate in our one-of-a-kind, immersive Foundation program, where they take studio courses designed to teach the fundamental skills and processes across visual arts and design disciplines. Core programs in liberal arts, business practices, and community-driven projects support the College’s mission to prepare diverse students to enrich our world through their creativity, skill, and vision.
