University College London (UCL)

Where ambitious innovators, visionary trendsetters and disruptive thinkers call home.

About the institution

UCL is a world leading, multi-disciplinary university in the heart of London. We are the home of brave thinkers – who have the freedom to challenge, think differently, and make real-world impact. Established in 1826 and the first university in England to welcome women to university education and to welcome students of any religion or social background, our long history of progressive thinking continues to the present day. Our world-leading academics and curious students continually pursue excellence, break boundaries, and make an impact on real-world problems. We offer over 400 undergraduate programmes across a wide variety of subjects, from astrophysics to architecture, languages to law, and engineering to medicine. In addition to our historic Bloomsbury campus, our pioneering UCL East campus at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, offers exciting hands-on interdisciplinary degrees and the space needed to tackle the biggest challenges facing the planet.
