About the institution
The University of Bath is firmly established as a top 10 UK university (The Guardian 2023, The Complete University Guide 2023 and The Times & The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2023). Located in the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bath, in South West England, Bath is 80 minutes by train to central London and 12 minutes from Bristol. Our students continue to give us top marks for the quality of our degree programmes and their student experience.
There are three faculties: Science, Engineering and Humanities & Social Sciences, plus a School of Management. There is plenty to get involved with outside of your studies, with over 200 clubs and societies and our world-renowned Sports Training Village.
We are the only UK research-intensive university offering all our students valuable study abroad or work experience. An undergraduate placement means you gain valuable work experience and make contacts for the future, making you extremely employable upon graduation.
