University of Florida

At the University of Florida, we are people for purpose. We're committed to challenging convention and ourselves. We see things not as they are, but as they could be. We strive for a greater impact; one measured in people helped and lives improved.

About the institution

The University of Florida is located in beautiful Gainesville, FL, and geographically in the middle of it all. We are five hours north of Miami, five hours south of Atlanta, and two hours from several major cities such as Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando. With more than 50,000 students spread across our beautiful 2,000-acre campus, our students are paving the way through research, academics, and community to create the ultimate Gator Good. With more than 130 undergraduate majors to choose from, there is something for everyone. Students tend to double major or pick up a minor along their journey to success. What's university life without a little fun? We have more than 1,000 student organizations on campus for students to get involved with. We also have 18 Division 1, NCAA college sports teams, 50 club sports teams, and many intramurals for students to enjoy!
