About the institution

The University of Nottingham is a Russell Group and Universitas 21 university with a global reputation for teaching and research, ranked in the world’s top 100 and UK top 20 universities in the QS World University Rankings 2021.

With campuses in the UK, China and Malaysia, the university is home to over 47,500 students from more than 150 countries, with over 34,500 based in the UK. The UK campuses are based in the friendly, historic city of Nottingham in central England. The city is world-famous for the legends of Robin Hood, and is a UNESCO City of Literature. There’s plenty to explore including a castle, parks and gardens, quirky cafes and shops, world restaurants, cultural festivals and buzzing nightlife.
