About the institution

Wake Forest University is ranked 28th in the USA. It is a private, coeducational, liberal arts and research university. Wake Forest enrolls approximately 5,500 undergraduate students from 48 states and over 76 nations. All students pursue a rigorous liberal arts curriculum in humanities, fine arts, social science, math, and natural science. Wake Forest subscribes to the teacher-scholar model, with a faculty committed to working closely with students. Wake Washington - Internship Program in Washington, D.C.

Students study at our center in Dupont Circle in the heart of the nation's capital with Wake Forest professors, while completing internship programs provided by DC's political landscape.

Richter Scholarships for Research

A unique program at WFU provided by our URECA (Undergraduate REsearch and Creative Activities Center) is a scholarship fun for students to complete sophisticated research in their area of interest. The one condition of this scholarship: students must do their research outside the United States!
