About the Taster Lecture

Professor David Edwards is hosting a taster lecture in biosciences. You will explore the reasons and impacts for hunting and trade, recent progress in our understanding, wildlife exploitation, and how this impacts ecology and ecosystems. You will also have the opportunity to hear from current undergraduate and PhD students, as well as learn about life as a bioscience student at the University of Sheffield.


Who is this lecture for?

Students in IB1 or IB2 with an interest in studying Biology, Ecology, Zoology or other related disciplines at university. You must be studying Biology and one other science in order to attend.

Please do not register to attend if you have any lessons or other pre-planned activities that may overlap with this lecture.
