Molly Harrabin, PhD student at the University of Warwick, is hosting an interactive session on Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck's 2006 film, Das Leben der Anderen. You will consider how authentic the representation is of East Germany life, the depiction of characters, as well as explore the socio-historical context. It is recommended that you watch the film in advance.
