In this session we are joined by Dr Tim Hutchings, Assistant Professor of Religious Ethics in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at University of Nottingham.
Tim will explore the following questions:
What are gender and sexuality, and what have they got to do with religion?
Is religion anti-feminist, or hostile to LGBT+ identity?
This mini-talk will introduce some of the ways in which a theology and religious studies degree can help you to explore the study of gender and sexuality, using a range of examples from the ancient and contemporary world.
