Our exciting and interactive Bio-dental Science and Technology session will provide you with an overview of the course and an insightful look into the question that concerns us all - Can Internet Shopping be Bad for Your Health?

We'll investigate the risks associated with products purchased from the internet, focussing on oral health products, considering the wider impacts and risks. Content from the course itself will also be linked to this topic, covering: the biology of healthy tissues/humans, hazardous materials and mechanisms of harm or injury, adverse reactions, UK, EU and global regulations on product safety and quality and research projects.

You can then take part in an interactive quiz, based on the taught content you've just learned.

There will also be a chance to ask any questions you may have to both academics and current students.
