In this talk, you will hear about the latest advances and challenges in growing synthetic tissues and organs for regenerative medicine and surgical treatments. The rapid developments and breakthroughs of new biomaterials, 3D bioprinting and stem cell technology have come together, paving multiple dazzling paths to create and translate more biofunctional artificial tissues/organs from bench to bedside in the future.
