About the Talk
Dr Rianne Lord from the University of East Anglia is hosting a Chemistry talk titled Inorganic Chemistry - Metals in Medicine. You will gain an overview of metals and metal-based drugs, gaining insight into medicinal history, properties of these drugs and their cellular targets. You will also learn about how cheaper metal-based drugs are being developed for targeted cancer treatment.
Who is this talk suitable for?
Students in IB1 & IB2 who are interested in studying Chemistry or other related disciplines at university.
