About The Girls into Electronics Event

12 universities across the UK are participating in an event which gives female Pre-IB's and IB1 students the opportunity to explore their interest in Electronics. You will learn more about the study of Electronics as well as hear from graduate engineering working in the sector.


Where can I attend the event?

There are multiple locations/dates for which you can attend. Some locations have spaces readily available, and other you will need to join the waiting list to be contacted should a place become available.


University of Strathclyde - Thursday 6th June - places readily available

Herriot-Watt University - Tuesday 11th June - places readily available

Queen's University Belfast - Friday 21st June - places readily available

University of Southampton - Wednesday 26th June - places readily available

King's College London - Thursday 27th June - join the waiting list

University of Leeds - Wednesday 3rd July - join the waiting list

University of Liverpool - Thursday 4th July - places readily available

Aston University - Monday 8th July - places readily available

University of Cambridge - Monday 8th July - places readily available

Royal Holloway, University of London - Wednesday 10th July - places readily available

Who is this event suitable for?

Any students who are interested in studying Electronics or related subjects at university.

Please do not register to attend if you have any lessons or other pre-planned activities which may overlap with this open day, unless you have received authorised permission to do so.
